*A non refundable application fee will be needed for all persons over the age of 18 residing on property. Add to cart below and Paypal will allow you to choose amount of people needing to pay fee.
**A 3% service charge has been added to all holding fee transactions by credit card. The holding deposit is refundable if the application is declined. If the application is accepted it becomes non refundable and will be applied towards move in funds.
